In-Vehicle Computer ODM | Rugged In-Vehicle Computing and Connected Fleet
InnoComm builds the rugged computer and devices inside connected vehicles: the in-vehicle computer at the core, plus AI cameras, driver monitoring, vehicle and environment sensors, and infotainment tablets. If you run a fleet or build a mobility solution and need hardware that holds up on the road, that is what we make.
The in-vehicle computer runs Android or Linux, takes shock and wide temperatures, and ties together GNSS, 4G/5G, and CAN Bus so you see vehicle location, status, and driver behaviour in real time.
We make it in Taiwan and can start at low volumes, around 20K units a month, so you can fit a pilot fleet and scale without a large first order.
What in-vehicle hardware has to handle
Teams deploying connected-vehicle systems keep meeting the same problems:
A harsh cabin needs an in-vehicle computer solid enough to run a fleet monitoring system for hours. Without a mature IoT sensing setup, tracking and sensor data stay scattered and real-time analysis suffers, and weak or unstable AI cameras make a driver monitoring system hard to scale.
-
The rugged fleet control coreOur in-vehicle computer is industrial-grade, with high shock resistance, wide-temperature operation, and long-term stability. It runs Android and Linux and is the compute and control unit for logistics fleets, construction and public-transport vehicles.
-
Vehicle tracking and fleet monitoringWith GNSS, 4G/5G, CAN Bus, and vehicle communication modules, you get real-time location, driving status, and operational data. A fleet monitoring system turns that into better dispatch and routing.
-
AI camera driver monitoringAI cameras and real-time image analysis run a driver monitoring system for fatigue, distraction, and behaviour. The AI runs at the vehicle edge, so latency is low and safety improves.
-
Vehicle and environment sensingThe in-vehicle computer reads a range of vehicle and environment sensors: health data, temperature, humidity, vibration. You can use it for predictive maintenance, cold-chain monitoring, and risk management.
-
In-vehicle infotainment tabletAn infotainment tablet gives the driver route guidance, tasks, and vehicle status on one clear screen, which helps both the driver and the operation.
-
A typical smart fleet setupA full solution can include:
- In-vehicle computer rugged design: the core compute and control platform
- Vehicle tracking and connectivity modules: real-time positioning and comms
- Fleet monitoring system: central operation and status
- Driver monitoring system with AI cameras: driving safety and behaviour
- Vehicle and environment sensors: health and IoT sensing data
- Infotainment tablet: in-vehicle display and interaction
