InnoComm builds the hardware behind telehealth and elderly-care products: medical grade tablets, mobile medical tablets, telehealth devices, and senior-living AIoT devices. If you have the software or the clinical service and need a device to run it on, that is the part we handle.

Every product is made to medical-grade standards and manufactured in Taiwan, with ISO 13485 covering the process. The hardware passes certification, holds up under daily clinical use, and stays in supply for the years your product needs it.

We work with medical startups and brands from the first prototype through volume production, and we can start at low volumes, around 20K units a month, so you do not have to commit to a large run before your product is proven.

  • Medical tablets that run your clinical software

    Our medical grade tablets and mobile medical tablets run Android and Linux on MediaTek Genio and NXP i.MX platforms. They are built to stay on through long shifts and to keep working in wards, clinics, and home-care settings.

    The tablet is the main screen for your application. Patient check-in, mobile nursing rounds, teleconsultation, and elderly care all run on the same hardware.

  • Telehealth devices that collect patient data

    With imaging modules and physiological sensors, the device reads patient data in real time and sends it on for remote diagnosis, monitoring, and early warning.

    Cleaner data at the source gives your big data and clinical tools something reliable to work with.

  • Senior-living monitoring

    For elderly care, the system can combine fall detection, vital-sign monitoring, and behaviour analysis, so staff know when something is wrong and can act sooner, with fewer people on shift.

    Every device includes data encryption, access control, and secure communication, so patient data stays protected in transit and in storage, and the system meets healthcare security rules.

  • ISO 13485 ODM, made in Taiwan

    We run the whole build under ISO 13485 Medical ODM: industrial design, hardware, firmware, and production. Everything is made in Taiwan, outside the China supply chain, and we protect your product design IP through the process. For US and European buyers, that answers the supply-chain and IP questions up front.

    With more than ten years on the MediaTek platform and production lines that flex with your volume, we plan supply for the full life of the product, from a 20K-a-month start to full scale.
